13 April 2026
The total revenue of the top IT companies in the 2026 Opendatabot Index amounted to UAH 54.67 billion. This is 3% lower than the combined revenue of the leading companies in 2025. The “entry threshold” to the top 10 is UAH 2.69 billion. The top three companies remained unchanged, although four newcomers joined the ranking.
The top ten IT companies in the 2026 Opendatabot Index generated UAH 54.67 billion in total revenue. This is 3% lower than the previous year. Despite this, the “entry threshold” to the top 10 has hardly changed: it was UAH 2.6 billion in 2025 and UAH 2.69 billion in 2026.
The top three companies remained unchanged. First place is traditionally held by GlobalLogic Ukraine. Last year, the company’s revenue declined by 7%, but it managed to increase its profit by 15% — to UAH 748 million. The company emphasizes that business stability is supported, among other things, by its consistent social responsibility efforts.
«More than 5,500 Ukrainian engineers at GlobalLogic maintain pre-war productivity levels while working on over 500 international projects. Over the year, the company attracted 50 new clients, supporting business stability. At the same time, around 400 employees are serving in the Armed Forces of Ukraine, and the company systematically supports charitable initiatives. In particular, we recently doubled the team’s donation to Superhumans — contributing a total of UAH 1.5 million, which will enable prosthetics for three veterans. At the same time, GlobalLogic is developing veteran programs to help specialists return to work»,
— said Anna Shcherbakova, Head of Operations, GlobalLogic Ukraine & EMEA.
Second and third places are shared by companies from the EPAM group. EPAM Systems saw its revenue decline by 10% to UAH 10.22 billion, while EPAM Digital, on the contrary, grew to UAH 9.24 billion. Together, they generated UAH 19.46 billion in revenue — accounting for 36% of the total among the top ten. At the same time, the combined profit of the two companies decreased to UAH 1.78 billion.
Luxoft Solutions has held fourth place for the third year in a row. The company’s revenue also declined by 11% to UAH 4.85 billion, while profit fell by 16% to UAH 220 million.
Kilobyte1024 is a newcomer to the ranking, immediately entering in fifth place. The company’s revenue doubled to UAH 4.41 billion, while its profit reached a record UAH 2.49 billion among the top ten. In fact, the company replaced Fintech Band in the ranking — a business owned by the same founders, Oleh Horokhovskyi and Mykhailo Rohalskyi, which lost more than half of its revenue over the year. The company attributes its success to three key factors: steady business growth, international investments, and the implementation of AI.
«Kilobyte 1024, part of Fintech-IT Group, not only attracts international investment but also transforms it into stable financial results and long-term capitalization.
Our specific focus is on investing in artificial intelligence as the infrastructure of the future — from product automation to improving team efficiency. It is this combination of investment, technological depth, and a consistent approach that allows us to grow even in unstable conditions»
— the company stated.
Another notable update occurred within the SoftServe group. Two new companies entered the ranking — SoftServe Digital and SoftServe Matrix. The former took sixth place, increasing its revenue 1.7 times to UAH 3.75 billion and boosting its profit 100-fold to UAH 214 million.
Founded in 2024, SoftServe Matrix generated UAH 2.85 billion in revenue and increased its profit 2.8 times to UAH 143 million. Meanwhile, another company in the group, SoftServe Technologies, exited the ranking. Overall, the two SoftServe companies accounted for 12% of the Index’s total revenue.
Seventh place was taken by Tietoevry Create Ukraine (formerly known as Infopulse Ukraine). The company’s revenue decreased by 2% to UAH 3.01 billion, while its profit increased by 17% to UAH 389 million.
The Institute of Information Technologies "Intellias" dropped from fifth to ninth place, as its revenue fell by nearly one-third to UAH 2.77 billion in 2025. The company’s profit also declined by more than half to UAH 136 million.
Tenth place is held by another newcomer — Capgemini Ukraine, founded in March 2024. In just one year, the company recorded the highest revenue growth among the leaders, increasing 2.5 times to UAH 2.69 billion. Its profit grew by 5% to UAH 282.5 million.
In addition to the previously mentioned SoftServe Technologies and Fintech Band, two more companies left the Index — Highload Solutions (Favbet) and Squad Ukraine (SQUAD), both of which also saw declines in revenue.
