Every second tender this year was conducted on one platform
The number of platforms for public procurement in Ukraine has decreased

Almost 2.5 million public procurements were conducted in the first 9 months of 2024, according to open data from Prozorro. Most of them took place on zakupivli.pro (prom.ua) and Derzhzakupivli Online (DZO). Currently, 10 platforms are connected to the system for registering procurements, while 2 more only allow viewing the auction process or participating in it.
Public procurements in Ukraine have been increasing year by year. From 2020 to 2021, the number almost tripled, growing from 440,000 to 1.2 million. Last year, compared to the period before the full-scale invasion, the number increased again — by 3 times, reaching 3.6 million. Since the beginning of this year, nearly 2.5 million public procurements have already been conducted.

Every second public procurement this year was conducted on zakupivli.pro (prom.ua) — nearly 1.2 million. The second most popular platform is Derzhzakupivli Online (DZO) with over 607,000 tenders, making up 25% of the total. Another 14% of tenders were held on e-tender.biz — more than 338,000.

Despite the increase in public procurements, the number of platforms for conducting them has decreased. Since 2020, only one platform has been added — e-lot.com.ua, while the following platforms have been disconnected:

- accept-online.com.ua
- privatmarket.ua
- aps-market.com
- tendermaster.com.ua
Prozorro was launched in Ukraine 8 years ago as a project aimed at creating opportunities for partnerships between the state and businesses. During this time, the number of business projects looking to meet the needs of the state has grown, and they are successfully winning in competitive processes.
