REQUEST FOR LEGAL ASSISTANCE

The Commercial Court of Kyiv in accordance with Art. 367 of the Commercial Procedural Code of Ukraine asks the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Bulgaria to serve Metalika-AB (26A Ivan Susanin str. Vitosha Distr. Sofia, 1618 Bulgaria) and Dunarit Corporation (POB 12, Ruse 7000, Bulgaria) the translations into the Bulgarian language, with notarization of their accuracy, the ruling of the Commercial Court of Kyiv dated December 18, 2023 in case No. 910/4900/23 and send confirmation of service of these documents.

The service of this document shall be carried out in connection with the consideration in the case No. 910/4900/23 by Commercial Court of Kyiv on the claim of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine against the Subsidiary of the State Company "Ukrspecexport" - State Foreign Trade Enterprise "Spetstechnoexport" with the participation of the third parties lodging no independent claims regarding the subject matter of the dispute, on the side of the Respond: Metalika-AB and Dunarit Corporation, Militus-PL. sp. z.o.o., for the recovery of UAH 16,956,208.70.

The Commercial Court of Kyiv asks to send the document drawn up in connection with the execution of this order, and if it is impossible to fulfill this order - to return it and inform of the reasons that prevent its execution.
