Ukrainians made 3 billion payments through PRROs in the first nine months of 2024, according to the State Tax Service. This figure represents nearly half of all transactions since the system was launched in 2020. At the same time, the average amount of receipts has been decreasing year by year.

Earlier this year, there was talk of banning offline mode, which poses a significant risk to the functionality of software registers as a whole. For now, the working group is more cautious with its ideas and actions, giving us hope that PРРО will continue to operate fully and help fill the state budget»,
