In January 2025, for the first time, a court approved a claim by a military enlistment office (TCC) and temporarily took away a driver’s license because of violating military registration rules. Since then, the number of such decisions has increased.
As of now, 9 drivers have been restricted from driving until they meet the requirements of the TCC, or until the request is withdrawn. Almost all of these decisions — except the first — were made by the Novohrad-Volynskyi City District Court in the Zhytomyr region.
It’s important to note that these court decisions are fully anonymized — they don’t show the names of people involved, so it’s not possible to check if a case is about you.
Also, since the start of this year, over 17,000 cases have been opened in the Unified State Register of Debtors for breaking military registration rules. You can check for fines against you using Opendatabot.
