Currently, a third of these fines have already been closed — 4,236 penalties. At the same time, 7,562 fines are still collected from debtors.

It’s important to understand that this refers only to fines issued by the Military Commissariat (TRC) for violations of military registration rules that have been handed over to the enforcement service for collection. As a result, offenders have been entered into the Unified Register of Debtors. Due to such enforcement proceedings, the debtor’s funds and property can be seized to settle the debt.
