15% increase in notarial inheritance certificates this year

521,356 inheritance certificates were issued in the first half of 2024. This is nearly 15% more than during the same period last year, when over 455,000 certificates were issued. Additionally, it represents a 9.7% increase compared to the period before the full-scale war.

The number of wills also increased this year. In the first 6 months of 2024, 68,497 certificates were issued, which is a 16.2% increase compared to the same period last year.

However, compared to the period before the full-scale war, the number of wills has not increased. For example, 75,687 certificates were issued in the first half of 2021.

It should be noted that not every notarial action requires just one notarial certificate. Therefore, the number of actions is approximate and is compared with previous years.
