For the second consecutive year, the ranking is topped by Medical center Dobrobut—polyclinic, owned by Oleh Kalashnikov. This network accounts for a quarter of the total revenue of the top ten companies, reaching 3.34 billion UAH.

«Dobrobut is the leader in private healthcare, and we fully understand that leadership comes with great responsibility—to our patients, medical professionals, partners, and the state. That’s why we operate as a fully transparent business, having paid over 1 billion UAH in taxes to Ukraine’s state budget during the full-scale war. We continue to grow and develop: last year, we launched a Mental Health Center, opened two in-house laboratories, and strengthened our ophthalmic surgery services. Additionally, we signed our first major contract with the National Health Service of Ukraine (NHSU) for the free infertility treatment program. Very soon, we will open another large medical center in Kyiv and plan to expand our collaboration with the NHSU«,

— said Serhii Orel, CEO of Dobrobut Medical network.

The second place in the ranking goes to the DILA medical laboratory network, owned by Owell Establishment (Liechtenstein) and Zoia Musatova. In 2024, the company’s revenue increased by 35%, reaching 2.75 billion UAH. DILA also became the most profitable company in the ranking, with a net profit of 137.5 million UAH.

«Being a leader is not just about finances—it’s about honesty, sustainability, and responsibility. In 2024, we paid nearly 381 million UAH in taxes and allocated 56 million UAH to social initiatives. Is it challenging? Yes, just like for any Ukrainian business. But the country’s development is a shared responsibility. That’s why, despite all challenges, we continue to invest in its future—because now, more than ever, it’s crucial to be strong, stable, and take action.»,

— said Mykhailo Bohatyr, CEO of DILA.

Closing the top three is the Synevo Ukraine laboratory network, owned by the Swedish holding Medicover. In 2024, the company’s revenue reached 2.35 billion UAH, marking a 22% increase compared to 2023. However, the company suffered losses of 77.8 million UAH, despite reporting a 40.6 million UAH profit the previous year.

«During wartime, we feel an even greater responsibility to our customers, as well as a strong desire to unite and support each other and our country. That’s why, for the past four years, we have been implementing social initiatives, allowing customers to get medical tests for just 1 UAH and take care of their health»,

— EskuLab representatives stated.

The SmartLab laboratory network has been consistently increasing its revenue year after year. Over the past year, the company’s revenue grew by 38%, reaching 1.17 billion UAH. However, profitability remains significantly lower than before the full-scale war. Previously, the company reported 144 million UAH in profit, but in 2024, it was only 27.7 million UAH.

The Mother and Child Medical Center network entered the Index for the first time. In 2024, its revenue grew by 28% to 627.2 million UAH, while profit remained stable at 36 million UAH.

«During challenging times, we focus on what matters most—helping Ukrainian families become parents. Our team of doctors changes lives for the better every day. We are not only growing but also supporting those in need. Through our social project ‘Stork Will Arrive,’ we assist families who cannot access state IVF programs and provide reproductive material preservation for military personnel»,

— commented representatives of the "Mother and Child" network.

Odrex Medical Home continues to grow steadily, climbing one position higher in the ranking each year. The company is owned by Iryna Zaikova, Tigran Arutyunyan, Larysa Misotska, and Yevhen Savitskyi.

«Over the past two years, our hospital has risen two spots in the ranking, ultimately making it into the top five. For us, these are not just numbers—they are proof that trust in us is growing and that we are on the right path. Since the beginning of the full-scale war, Odrex has paid over 345 million UAH in taxes. We see it as our duty not only to provide quality services but also to support the country’s economy»,

— stated representatives of Odrex Medical Home.
