Which companies topped the Opendatabot Index?

The total revenue of the largest companies in the Opendatabot Retail Index amounted to UAH 457.32 billion. The leaders were ATB and Silpo. However, in terms of net profit, the Olvia group companies (Eva and Varus) took the lead.
The total revenue of the companies in the Opendatabot Retail Index increased by 23% compared to 2022. That year, the figure was UAH 370.52 billion.
The leader in retail remains ATB-Market, part of the corporation owned by Hennadiy Butkevych, Yevhen Yermakov, and Viktor Karachun. ATB captured almost 40% of the total revenue of all companies, earning 181.09 billion UAH, an increase of 22% compared to 2022.
The second and third places are held by Silpo-Food and Fora, which are part of Fozzy Group, owned by Volodymyr Kostelman. Their revenues grew 1.2 and 1.5 times, respectively. Overall, Fozzy Group companies earned 114.22 billion UAH in revenue. Fora increased its net profit 5.5 times over the year.
Among the top 10 in the Opendatabot Index, the highest revenue growth, 1.7 times, was recorded by Comfy Trade, owned by Stanislav Ronis and Svitlana Hutsul. Their revenue increased to 27.63 billion UAH, and net profit rose to 40 million UAH, a
However, the highest net profit was achieved by RUSH (the EVA supermarket chain), which is part of the Olvia Group owned by Valeriy Kiptik and Ruslan Shostak. Its net profit grew 2.3 times last year to 2.2 billion UAH, and its revenue in 2023 increased by a third.
Another company in the Olvia Group, Omega (the VARUS supermarket chain), also made it into the top 10. Last year, its revenue increased by 20% to 17.5 billion UAH, and its net profit grew 1.7 times to nearly 200 million UAH.
West Petrol Market also entered the index with 18% lower revenue figures — 27.69 billion UAH and nearly half the net profit — 265.89 million UAH.
