Opendatabot selectively analyzed cases regarding the cancellation of fines from military enlistment offices, and in most cases, the courts side with the plaintiffs and cancel the fines.

Currently, three main reasons for the cancellation of fines can be identified:

  • failure of the military enlistment offices to follow the correct procedure for imposing the fine.
  • lack of convincing evidence proving the citizens committed the violations.
  • fines are imposed for periods when the new regulations were not yet in effect, which is grounds for cancellation.

It is worth noting that since the beginning of the year, nearly 12,000 fines for violations of military registration have been sent for enforcement.
